In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY! This is a disgrace! Ryan Moats may not be asking for Robert Powell to hand over his badge, but I sure am. I heard this morning that Mr. Powell had been written up 7 times in his 3 year term with the Dallas police department. It's time for a change!

I need to get on the ball.....
This is ridiculous! It's the 2nd day in a row that a picture of a svelte physic has come out and I'm realizing at 35, I've got some work to do to get in better shape. Valerie (from yesterday) is 48, Jenny is 36, just one year older than I am, and I look nothing like these beautiful women. I know they have some airbrushing to their pictures, but even so they look fabulous.

Natasha Richardson (1963-2009)
What a tragic end. I'll be praying for her family at such a difficult time. This event makes me realize that no one is guaranteed another day. I'm so sad for her family and can't imagine the devastation they must feel.
