Should this cop be fired?

In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY! This is a disgrace! Ryan Moats may not be asking for Robert Powell to hand over his badge, but I sure am. I heard this morning that Mr. Powell had been written up 7 times in his 3 year term with the Dallas police department. It's time for a change!
